Andy was the Marketing Manager, overseeing all marketing efforts and managing the department at the e-commerce company Lights For All Occasions between 2013 and 2017.

CASE STUDY

Lights for All Occasions was an e-commerce website owned by Vaughan Premier, Ltd. that sold lighting and decor products for weddings, events, businesses, and the home. Andy joined the management team as Marketing Manager in 2013. At a time, the company hadn’t had someone with a marketing education and background overseeing marketing efforts.

He managed all aspects of digital marketing. Under his direction, Andy led efforts to evolve and modernize the brand to target a more luxurious aesthetic. He built a heavily creative team that included copywriters, designers, and a photographer/stylist.

Andy took on the analytical components, focusing on KPIs and metrics while also managing third party partners for SEM, SEO, web development, and email segmentation and automation.
