The following presentation decks are samples of my work throughout the years.

Eventually, I’ll add more. In the meantime, you can check out more specific case studies on my blog.

North Cascades Harley-Davidson

As Marketing Manager, I sat on the management team and oversaw all dealership events, the dealership’s digital footprint, in-store POP, and collaborated on the management of the CRM.

I handled the integration of a new CRM and lead staff training efforts, ultimately becoming the point person for any technical issues or questions. Additionally, I helped set up the automated CRM bike sales funnel for customer outreach including call and email triggers.

I also managed non-marketing elements for the dealership including the HOG Chapter and the EagleRider Rentals Department, and participated in the dealership’s strategic 20 Group.

Lights for All Occasions

Lights for All Occasions was an e-commerce website owned by Vaughan Premier, Ltd. that sold lighting and decor products for weddings, events, businesses, and the home. I joined the management team as Marketing Manager. At a time, the company hadn’t had an experienced person overseeing marketing efforts.

I managed all aspects of digital marketing. Under my direction, I led efforts to evolve and modernize the brand to target a more luxurious aesthetic. My team was heavily creative and included copywriters, designers, and a photographer/stylist.

I took on the analytical components, focusing on KPIs and metrics while also managing third party partners for SEM, SEO, web development, and email segmentation and automation.

Passion, success, and opportunity. Here are three quotes about these words I strive to live and work by:

“Pursuing your passions makes you more interesting, and interesting people are enchanting.”

Guy Kawasaki

“You can become successful with less discipline than you think, for one simple reason: success is about doing the right thing, not about doing everything right.”

Gary Keller

“Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage.”

Victor Kiam

“It’s unbelievable how much you don’t know about the game you’ve been playing all your life.”

Mickey Mantle
